Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Nesspass. Company name, registered address and Chamber of Commerce number to be added before launch.

What Nesspass is

Nesspass is a membership for nights out at theatres, concert halls, clubs and festivals. Members receive tokens and spend them to reserve a place at a night. The venues run the nights. We run the pass.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Membership

• A membership is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly and paid by card or Apple Pay through Stripe. The price and the number of tokens per month are shown before you confirm.
• You are charged when you confirm and again at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.
• You cancel your membership in the app, on the You screen. It then stops renewing and runs to the end of the period you paid for. Until then you can take the cancellation back.
• When a membership ends, reserving stops. Tokens you already have stay until they expire, and you can spend them again if you rejoin before then.

Tokens

• Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each billing period's tokens stay usable for that period and the one after it. Unused tokens roll over once, then expire.
• Token packs are for members. Tokens from a pack expire when your current period's tokens expire.
• When you reserve, the tokens used are always the ones that expire soonest.

Reservations

• A reservation is for the member who made it. Its code admits one person, once.
• Each venue's own entry rules apply, including age checks, capacity and conduct.
• A reservation cannot be cancelled from the app. If a night is cancelled, the tokens you spent on it come back.

Refunds

A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. A full refund of a membership payment removes the unspent tokens from that payment, and a full refund of the current period also ends the membership at once. Reservations you already made stay valid.

Your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. Your membership stops renewing when you ask, and ends when the account is deleted, without a refund for the period in progress. Its tickets and tokens can no longer be used after that.

We may close an account that is used to resell reservations or to abuse the service, and will tell you why.

Liability

The venue is responsible for the night itself. We are responsible for the pass working as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Law

Dutch law applies. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.
