Cancel your membership

You cancel in the app. Tap the circle at the top right of any tab to open the You screen, then Cancel your membership at the foot of it.

Your membership stops renewing and runs to the end of the period you paid for. Until then, Resume your membership on the same screen takes the cancellation back.

A membership started on nesspass.app cancels the same way.

Delete your account

You delete your account in the app, without writing to us. On the You screen, open Settings, then Account & privacy, then Delete your account.

Your account closes 30 days after you ask. Until then you can sign in and keep it: Keep my account is in the same place.

Your membership stops renewing when you ask, and ends when the account closes, without a refund for the period in progress. Any tokens you have left go with the account, and so does your history.
